|Recommended: YesIt's Clean. It's Quite. We Love It — We enjoy the nearness to everything but also tucked away from the busy noisy streets. Have never had major issues with anything. Very clean convenient place to live. Have yet to have a serious noise issue.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here for the price we pay, but the maintenance staff and office staff is not very accommodating. It takes nearly a week at best to have our maintenance requests addressed, and even then we have never had a request addressed and fixed. The problem persists after and eventually we give up trying to have it fixed.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesResidence is mostly clean. The parking lot is pretty dirty but it's old so no surprise. The residents are decent. Not too many loud people. There are some roaches here and there, but if you close doors quickly, you'll be fine. Maintenance response time is decent. I had some sort of mold growing in my closet from the leak upstairs and maintenance was pretty nonchalant about it which was not ideal. Most of the other apartments have been or will be renovated, but I can't speak for ours since it's still occupied. Life at the pool is pretty great. The gym is pretty cool. The people are pretty nice.
