Parking situation could be a bit better, and leasing office replies without having to physically go into the office could be better. Overall, I still love my apartment

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe have been here for over an year and this is the best of all we have ever been. The rent is affordable and the premises are nice and clean. The neighborhood is calm. It is very close to the mall and other hotspots at dunwoody, but the cost of living is affordable.

Management has addressed it and sends pest control regularly, but unfortunately it continues to be a problem. Otherwise we would be very happy here.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe've overall enjoyed our experience living at Arrive Perimeter. Our living space is very nice, we love the renovations . We have three big complaints. The first is the mosquitoes. I can't take my dogs outside without coming back in with no less than 3 new mosquito bites. The dog park area and building 3's courtyard area is a breeding ground for them. We can't even sit outside on our porch without getting a few bites. Second complaint is our courtyard . Building 3's courtyard is not well maintained, it smells terrible and it turns into a swamp when it rains. There is very little actual grass. It's mostly weeds that get overgrown and gross very quickly. Last thing is our AC. Our electric bill last month was 170. That is INSANE. Our AC has to work overtime just to keep our 900 sq ft apartment below 77 degrees. We keep all windows and blinds drawn during the day and even keep it at 74 while we're out. It's an old unit that should probably be replaced. We also really wish there was wiring to put a ceiling fan light in our bedroom. It would definitely make the space more comfortable. A parking spot for each person on the lease would be appreciated and make a lot of sense.

The amenities good but could be better, like the gym with more and new machines, some of them are old and don't work properly. The swimingpool could be cleaner. The elevators are super slow, this is the worst thing.
Inside house there are some minor issues that could be better.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI like Arrve Perimeter. They are always fixing up the place. The meeting room is nice as well as the pool shooting area. I do hate that the staff is constantly changing.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe grounds are covered in dog waste. There is not enough lightening in the middle courtyard, it's dangerous. The elevator is often out or painfully slow. The staff never answers the telephone.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMaintenance requests could be quicker and staircases could use a cleaning. Children should not be allowed in the gym because they are a distraction. All in all, 3.5 5
