Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis place is a good place to live. The front staff communication skill could be a tad bit better but it’s not horrible by any means necessary. I will say I’m not the biggest fan of how utilities are set up but after researching, many apartments do the same way. Community is pretty clean and nice. There’s families here so expect to hear children every now and then but it nothing crazy The maintenance staff is amazing. They deserve every recognition

My transition to our new home was smooth except for some initial hiccups which are bound to happen in any community in the beginning. Administration staff is courteous and greet with smiling faces. Overall we are happy to be part of this community.

|Recommended: NoMaintenance — Maintenance takes forever Our ceiling is leaking because apparently the apartment above us had some issues with their washer. There's mold developing in our laundry room and we have addressed this issue numerous times and nothing is being done. It should be an emergency issue but we had to move all the items from the laundry pantry room to the living and dining because of all the mold and it has been over a week. This is really frustrating because they are not taking it seriously.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI lived here for 5 years and seen many changes. I am pleased with the recent upgrades but my apartment is in need of some upgrading. The grounds are pretty clean except fro the stairwells to the parking garage. They need to be pressured wash. The location is the main reason I stay here.
