Having been here for several years, I have experienced the turbulence of a management change. For nearly a year, any time I happened to need to speak to someone in the leasing office - any time I went in I didn't recognize a single person. Turn-over was very high. For the last two years I have had difficulty and issues with the timeliness of my lease renewal. And they seem to be a bit too fixated on providing boutique amenities that they neglect to inform their residents about the truly important information. Most recent - several emails about the Thursday Night Nacho Bar, Wine Wednesday, and the Gift Wrapping Station set up in the office during the holiday season. Yet I had to walk into the office to ask about an issue with the call box because I wasn't able to buzz visitors in - only to be told that now I have to press the accept call number TWICE instead of just once - as it had been for at least the last 6 years I've lived here. You think they could have sent at least one email informing their residents of the new procedure to let visitors into the community.
