Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesCeiling is paper thin. I can always hear everything going on in the unit above me, including very loud snoring from the person above me. Parking is less than ideal. Why is my reserved spot is 2 stories under my unit, when there’s a visitor spot right in front of my door. Because of its location I’ve never parked in my reserved spot.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesUpstairs neighbors are noisy with stomping all the time, but overall community is quiet. Maintenance responds promptly, and I usually have a pleasant experience with the leasing office staff. The common grounds and breezeway could be cleaner.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe move in process and communication was sparse. I had to ask a ton of questions. Possibly someone who has lived in an apartment recently would have had an easier time. But because of timing around the holidays, someone who was supposed to move out of the unit I was slated for and didn’t etc it was a challenging move in. Once in, all was well. Appreciate that they moved our parking spot to accommodate our truck etc. The Unit was clean, updated etc. My only complaints are that the lock on our building doesn’t work on one side and is missing on the other and there are so few names in the gate call box like 5 literally that every random person or delivery guy who can’t find the person they are trying to reach calls me to let them in. I’m not letting anyone in unless I’m expecting a delivery so the extra 10-15 calls a day are quite annoying.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartment complex is pretty cool. Good looking buildings and great pool in the summer. I love that there are grills all around for cooking and the complementary dog poop bags are awesome as well, except some people don’t know how to pick up after their animals.

|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live In — The residence complexe is nice looking, gate secures the parking as well as side iron gates for pedestrian access that require a badge to get in. The fact the residence is into the wood, a bit further from highways is a good point. Staff are doing good so far. Management is fair enough.
I would recommend living here in comparison to other places a livedin in that neighborhood.
