Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far so good. New appliances work great and look good. Few hiccups here and there but maintenance has been quick to respond and fix things. Units are pretty well insulated and quiet. The garbage disposals make an awful sound but hopefully a new batch comes in soon so these can be replaced. Also awaiting a new screen door since the current one has a bunch of holes in the screen and always falls off of the track. Hopefully this can be corrected soon enough since the weather is becoming a bit more friendly.

I was moving from NY, so I didn't get the opportunity to tour the complex before moving in but it did not disappoint once I got here. The apartment is spacious, updated and well taken care of. The pool area is gorgeous and the gym has a little bit of everything. I love going to the dog park with my dog and meeting new people. The staff here are incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to and nice to be around. If I knew more people in the ATL area or people moving here, I would highly recommend The Heights
