|Recommended: NoIt's Ok — There are no overhead lightings in the actual bedrooms and that is bizarre. I've lived in a one bed and two bedroom layout, and none of the bedrooms had lights. The rooms are ok size, and the quality for the price is average.

|Recommended: YesNice Friendly Community With Fairly Responding Management — Nice friendly community with fairly responding management, SMS notifications for Packages, ample parking locations in and around the community. Have been living here for 5 years - that says it all. Recommended this place to couple of friends and made more friends in the complex.

|Recommended: YesConvenient And Cozy — I've lived here for about two years, and I love it. It's clean, pests are never an issue, people are friendly, it's beautiful, -- for the location and price, it doesn't get much better. I've had a few minor maintenance issues over the past couple years, but they were fixed promptly, and did not reoccur. I truly love my home here.
If I had one complaint, and it's very small at that, it's that retrieving packages can get somewhat annoying. Depending on the carrier, packages don't ever really make it to the door or the mailboxes. They tend to all be left at the leasing office. While I understand this, at the same time, it's not very convenient for residents. I'm a commuter, as a lot of us who live in ATL are, and with my 9am-6pm hours, I'm out the door before the office opens, and home after it closes. I find myself having to wait until the weekend to get my packages, or I have to take the morning off. It's a minor thing, but being one who regularly shops online, and after two years of it, it just gets kind of tiresome.
Overall, I genuinely have enjoyed my time here, and I certainly don't plan on going anywhere any time soon

|Recommended: YesAlton Apartments — My fiancé and I have been able to call this apartment our home for the last year and a half. It is set in a wonderful community with assess to 285 and 400 as well as many nearby accommodations restaurants, grocery stores, shopping etc.
