Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe have been living in Arrive Perimeter for only 1 week so far, and the experience has been good. In general, there are things that could be improved, such as the parking spaces allocated to each apartment and the cleanliness and appearance in the common areas. But despite these details, we are happy with our new apartment 2B 2B and the maintenance staff has been helping us to fix or improve the areas in our apartment where we were not satisfied when we moved in.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been living for over 6 1 2 years. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. When you something fix maintenance gets right on it. Arrive is in a great location in Dunwoody close to shopping and restaurants.

Consultants have been great with answering any concerns or questions I may have had. Look forward to enjoy my experience here at Arrive Perimeter.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt’s a good and calm Community. Don’t have any problems here. Management is responsive and things gets repaired very fast. They also organise community events which my daughter enjoys a lot.
