The only issue I had was the old property manager however Arrive replaced him with a great new Property Manager. She has been very good and is making great changes. The maintenance group always fixed any problems extremely quick. I would highly recommend Arrive at Perimeter to anyone. Also it's a great location in Dunwoody.

The facilities, especially the gym, are incredible for an apartment complex and we are happy with the design, layout and look of our two bedroom apartment

I moved here in the Spring of 2015, and the only moving I have done since was from a 1 1 to a 2 2. I find the staff to be friendly and responsive. They are never too busy to address any question or concern I might have. The response to my maintenance requests have always been prompt and efficient. I also love living in such a beautiful community. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Finally, as a “mature lady”, I am very grateful for the elevator and Valet Trash Service.
