Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe have lived at Arrive for about two years and overall have been very happy with our experience here. The only reason I am deducting a star is because of the lack of parking each apartment only gets one reserved spot and the visitor spots are scattered throughout the complex and not very easy to find , and the fact that when our apartment flooded because of a broken valve in the apartment above us we had to jump through unnecessary hoops to find out what was being done to get the repairs done.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love it here. I’m given a sense of community, as people are kind and friendly here. I also love the amenities and there is a lot to offer with that. I also enjoy the events that take place and staff is very friendly and always answers my calls. The maintenance staff is also great and does an amazing job at repairs. My wood flooring was coming off and they fixed it in an instant. Same for the water pipe that had to be replaced. The app is also very useful and helpful.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI still enjoy the convenience of the community being close to all of these shops and mall. Location is perfect but sometimes it hard to get into the community with people parked blocking the one way in.

Communication from community management has room for improvement. All and all we have been pleased with our experience here. The apartments are beautiful.
