I think it’s crazy that they MUST be delivered and pick up from the office. UPS and FedEx deliver as late as 9pm and the office closes at 6. Been here 3 weeks and have had to drive to pick up locations 3 times because the office is closed. I would prefer them on my front doorstep even if it means running the risk of a porch pirate. I have medicine being delivered from my online pharmacy next week, I only hope I get it in time.

They have been extremely patient with me and great at communicating. They were very good at communicating during and after the application process. My unit was in great condition when I moved in. And I was immediately shown how to input any maintenance issues for anything that wasn’t The one time my trash was forgotten, the Leasing Office noticed it before I even woke up and corrected it. The staff in the Leasing Office is amazing, they make living in this community so easy The neighborhood is always clean and quiet for the most part If I had any complaint it would be that I didn’t find this place sooner

I also like the staff in the rental office because of their prompt response to work orders. They provided a GREAT customer service and is very personable and friendly. The overall community is clean and livable.
