Most of the parking is garage based so you never have to worry about your car getting iced over during the winter, they have a parcel locker room so your packages are secure, valet trash, food trucks during the summertime, etc.

The Manager, Rose, is super nice and super helpful, the maintenance team is uber responsive and willing to correct any issues. They are working on the things that they fall short on- atleast they say they are and as of right now I still trust their word. The gates were to have been closed and operating a few weeks ago but they did not deliver that and the package room is still unsecured and a mess but compared to the way it was a few months ago, it is much better. The apartments are really nice but with some quirks- like I have to take the battery out of all the smoke detectors before turning the oven on or it will make it go off.I love it there though
